We have re-designed Asan Plant Tour Experience based on Hyundai Motor Company’s Plant Tour Program Improvement Strategy in 2013.
After diagnosing the Asan Plant Tour Program’s problems in contents, operation, we facilities from service design perspective, and formulated a service concept – “Presentation of Vision through Technology”.
Strategies were formulated based on the 3 key concepts of Comfortable Tour, Edutainment, and Spreading Experience in the first stage of project, and implemented in latter stages for contents planning & production and facility improvement.
Asan Plant’s exclusive technology and vision were conveyed in the contents of the Technology, My Baby Project and Sliding Vision sections and heightened the image as a premium brand.
