Making a Fan Based on Fan Relationship Management

Hyundai announced the new slogan, ‘New Thinking. New Possibilities.’ to communicate the new corporate philosophy ‘Modern Premium’ to the customers.

Based on Fan Relationship Management strategy, we planned ‘Make Your Sound’ campaign in order to secure the loyal fan base, and created an interactive movie in relation with the ‘Mega Orgel’ TVC.

As a result, Hyundai was able to secure more than 20,000 fans in a short period of time, and was able to improve brand preference by delivering the value of Modern Premium effectively.
