Improving Customer Satisfaction and Increasing Sales Through Digital Sales Process Innovation

We established Hyundai Motor Company's sales process and planned and designed a tablet PC application 'Smart Planner' which supports entire processes from consultation to car delivery through needs analysis per each process.

And, UI was planned which enables to consult flexibly so as to apply to various sales methods and customers needs, and for users who are not familiar with digital devices to use easily and comfortably. Moreover, information on various sales support and its contents from head office are updated on a real time basis, and the application was designed to minimized 'Time to Market'. The existing forms for quotes have been simplified, and it can now be shared immediately in the form of digital quotes, i.e, email, fax, text messages.
